  1. What are the shipping times?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Generally, for Italy, deliveries are made within 3-5 working days. For international shipments, times may vary from 5 to 7 working days.

  1. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the delivery of your package.

  1. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing the purchase.

  1. What is the minimum order amount for free shipping?

Free delivery in Italy is available for orders over €90.00 (excluding VAT), while abroad for orders over €400.00.

  1. Are the models already assembled?

Our models are for assembly, as we want to offer enthusiasts the complete modeling experience. However, we also have some partially assembled models for those who prefer this option.

  1. Do you also sell accessories and materials for modeling?

Yes, in our online store you will find a wide range of accessories and materials, including precision tools, paints, glues, and much more.

  1. How can I know if a product is available?

On our site, each product indicates its availability. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to receive a notification when it becomes available again.

  1. Can I request a product that is not in the catalog?

We are always open to suggestions and special requests. If you are looking for a specific product not listed in our catalog, contact us and we will do our best to get it for you.



Assistance and warranty

  1. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Any claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Returns must be pre-authorized by email. Authorized returns must be sent to our warehouses, accompanied by the original packaging, including instructions and receipt or tax document. Once the defect is verified, if attributable to the product, the goods will be replaced.

  1. Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, all Amati Model products are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month conformity defect warranty, pursuant to DL 24/02. To benefit from warranty assistance, you must keep the invoice or receipt.
